Your Profile:
We're looking for someone who meets business goals and encourages knowledge-sharing &
someone's who fun to work with!Summary: - Have between 2-5 years of experience with Android mobile application development, including a solid understanding of MVVM & MVI architecture.
- Thrive in a start-up environment, with little hierarchy.
- Be a citizen / long-term resident of Romania
- Our company's language is English, which means you need to be able to speak and write it fluently.
Technical Expertise:- Be well-versed in Kotlin, with a deep understanding of Android SDK, including associated frameworks, techniques and CI/CD tools
- Have between 3-6 years of experience with mobile application development, including a good understanding of MVVM & MVI architecture
- Be comfortable to dive into specifics and sort out complex technical challenges
- Enjoy working with with agile methodologies
- Comfortably push for good test coverage – be familiar with unit and UI testing, e.g. testability of Presenters
- Drive integration of new technologies, clean coding principles and best practices
Non-Technical Skills:- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to tackle challenges and contribute to finding solutions.
- Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel several times per year for on-site workshops and team meetings.
